feat: 添加CI/CD配置和Docker部署文件 
- 新增 .drone.yml 流水线配置（server/admin/web 三服务并行构建+部署）
- 新增 web/Dockerfile 和 web/nginx.conf（H5 Web Docker打包）
- 新增 docker-compose.yml（使用Harbor镜像部署）
- 新增 CI-CD部署文档.md
- 更新 server Dockerfile 基础镜像为内网Harbor地址
